Wildlife Drive - On the back roads of the Big Cypress National Preserve, you will see a freshwater swamp that encompasses more than 729,000 acres of savannah and sawgrass prairie habitats. The first national preserve, this rugged terrain is home to temperate and tropical plants as well a wide assortment of animals like the wood stork, Florida black bear and the endangered Florida panther.
