NEXT LEVEL STREET ART RETURNS TO FORT MYERS MAY 16

Fort Myers Mural Society Brings National Artists Together for Immersive Outdoor Art Experience.

Blurring the line between fine art and contemporary street culture, Next Level Street Art invites the public to experience art as it happens—live and in real time.

Produced in collaboration with the Alliance for the Arts, DAAS Co-Op, and Union Artist Studios, this one-day event will feature 12 nationally recognized muralists and 3D chalk artists. Throughout the day, live painting demonstrations will transform the Alliance lawn into a dynamic open-air gallery.

“This is not just an art show—it’s a live experience,” said Shari Shifrin, Director of the Fort Myers Mural Society. “We’re inviting the community to step into the creative process and connect directly with the artists.”

Participating artists are those who have contributed to the Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau’s Mural Trail over the past three years. Following the event, completed works will be on display throughout May outside the Edwards Building on the Alliance campus.
