TWILIGHT TALK – Celebrating Sanibel Anniversaries 2024-2025

The Sanibel Historical Museum and Village presents the first Twilight Talk of the 2025 Season on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at the Community House. Join us to hear new stories from long-time Islanders about the City of Sanibel, its iconic Lighthouse and even the Village.

The Sanibel Historical Museum and Village presents the first Twilight Talk of the 2025 Season on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at the Community House. Join us to hear new stories from long-time Islanders about the City of Sanibel, its iconic Lighthouse and even the Village.

Andrea Miller is the evening’s emcee. She is the Director of the Sanibel Recreation Center and Chair of the City’s 50th Anniversary Committee. Andrea enjoys deep Island roots. Her great-grandparents came in the 1940’s. Andrea’s grandparents arrived in the 1950’s and lived for many years on the Bay in Miss Charlotta’s Teahouse next to Bailey’s General Store. Her dad, Ray Rhodes, grew up on Sanibel and served as the City’s first police officer.

Guests will be treated to frozen custard from The Shack of Sanibel!

Tickets are $20 per person and may be purchased online at: https://sanibelmuseum.org/event/twil-talk-jan21/

or at the door with cash or check.

FREE PARKING is available at, and in lots near, the Community House on Sanibel.
