Thanks to a misunderstanding of their original name “Dawn of the Buffalo”, Donna the Buffalo have been actively creating music and performing for over 30 years. This group of musicians has dipped their toes into many different genres of music, including country, folk rock, reggae, roots, and many more. There is not much that this group of musicians can’t do. Not only have they written and performed original music, but Donna the Buffalo was a founding group and the host of annual Finger Lakes GrassRoots Festival of Music and Dance in Trumansburg, New York, which was where the group was founded.
