Art Waves of Positive Energy with Heidi

This workshop offers the opportunity to make art designed to create inner peace, balance, reduce stress, anxiety, and tension. By creating art that’s connected with our breath, nervous system, body, mind, and spirit, we will create different projects based on a particular emotional focus and need.

Heidi LOVES the Beach! This month’s project will be a beautiful tea light centerpiece with realia/mixed media (sand, shells, driftwood, starfish, sea glass ,etc.) focusing on color scheme and spatial awareness for positive self-talk, inner peace, reducing stress and anxiety.

All supplies will be provided for this class for a $10 fee paid directly to the Instructor
