ACMA Presents the Honey Badger with Fred Ball

The ACMA is happy to welcome for the first time The Honey Badgers are a contemporary folk duo bringing their sincere Americana sound to stages across the east coast. The married duo is known for their intense, sparkling harmonies, their honest lyrics and melodies, and their undeniable chemistry on and off stage. Weaving their voices together with Michael’s driving guitar and Erin’s wistful violin, The Honey Badgers spin stories and songs about finding yourself, finding each other, and finding your way in the world. They were recently voted #1 “Most Wanted” at Falcon Ridge Folk Festival Emerging Artist Showcase 2023 and were winners of the 2023 Delaware Public Media Homey Award for Best Folk Song.

Fred Ball told us, I got my musical start in Greenwich Village in the early 60s during “The Great Folk Scare”. Played primarily folk music until the late 60s when I started playing in a wedding band.
